John Almy studied medicine with Dr. Isaac Senter of Newport and settled in Little Compton in 1797. He was a doctor in Little Compton for many years. They had no children. He owned the place on Christian Corner in Meeting House Lane, formerly the property of Deacon Gideon Taylor in 1790. | |
