He m. Tiverton, RI, 24 Nov 1818, MARY COOK, b. Little Compton, RI, 5 Jun 1799; d. Little Compton, RI, 5 Feb 1856; dau. of Samuel and Hannah Cook. Mary Cook was a descendant of William Bradford of the Mayflower.
They lived near the top of Windmill Hill in Little Compton on a place given Pardon by his father. Both are buried in the Almy cemetery on Windmill Hill.

Jones, 400 dollars ... to daughter Mary C. Almy 500 dollars ... to daughter Fannie G. Almy 500 dollars ... to two daughters, Mary C. Almy and Fannie G. Almy all household goods..."
