He m. Tiverton, RI, 24 Nov 1818, MARY COOK, b. Little Compton, RI, 5 Jun 1799; d. Little Compton, RI, 5 Feb 1856; dau. of Samuel and Hannah Cook. Mary Cook was a descendant of William Bradford of the Mayflower.

They lived near the top of Windmill Hill in Little Compton on a place given Pardon by his father. Both are buried in the Almy cemetery on Windmill Hill.

viPARDON, Jr., b. 4 Jul 1836; d. 30 Aug 1862 in the 2nd Battle of Bull Run. He was a lieutenant in the Army.

Pardon's will, made at Little Compton on 20 Oct 1864, proved 12 Dec 1864, stated: "To three sons Charles, Bradford and Sanford Almy to pay all my debts ... also my homestead farm in Little Compton ... to son Bradford Almy my slat meadow called and my mahogany desk ... to son Sanford Almy bedstead in southwest chamber of my house ... to daughter Ann Jones, wife of John M. Jones, 400 dollars ... to daughter Mary C. Almy 500 dollars ... to daughter Fannie G. Almy 500 dollars ... to two daughters, Mary C. Almy and Fannie G. Almy all household goods..."
