He m. Little Compton, RI, 23 Sep 1828, LEVINA MANCHESTER, b. Little Compton, RI, 29 Jan 1808; d. Little Compton, RI, 7 Oct 1863; dau. of James and Hannah (Burroughs) Manchester. They lived at the home of his father Sanford in the house west of Windmill Hill. Both are buried there in the Almy cemetery.

Seabury, 1000 dollars; to daughter Dianna Briggs Almy 1000 dollars; to daughter Cornelia C. A. Almy 1000 dollars; to grandson Elma Almy Wilcox, son of Edward H. Wilcox 1000 dollars; to grandson Charles Albert Seabury, son of Albert W. Seabury, 600 dollars; to son Henry N. Almy, the rest and residue and he to be my executor."
